A photo of the cable at the cabin-top clamp, the make of the camera and the NVR log are usually enough. We reply within one working hour in office hours.
About the diagnosis
Why does the lift camera work when the lift is stopped but not when it moves?
The fault is in the moving part: a cracked conductor in a solid-core cable, a loose connector, or a voltage drop under load. Replace the moving section with a flat stranded cable and re-terminate.
How accurate is the diagnosis?
It ranks the common causes from your answers. It cannot see the lift well, so treat the result as the first thing to test, not a verdict. The tests listed take minutes.
What if the fault happens even when the lift is parked?
Then it is probably not the travelling cable. Check the fixed section first: the punch-down at the junction box, the switch port, the NVR.
